Have you noticed that certain foods increase your stamina and focus? I have! In fact - it seems that (although in not allergic to gluten) when I eat bread my joints hurt!!! Having awareness about what foods energize you is key to long term health and good playing!!! I like to keep a food journal - a daily notation of my intake of drinks, food and supplements - as well as my hours of sleep, spending habits and time meditating.
