Lessons from the NET 🎾

I am having so much fun since I have released my attachment to winning - or being a higher level - or "looking good". My focus these days on the tennis court are to fine the strengths of my partner, the weaknesses of my opponents and use all the skills that I have to the best of my ability.

This process has been making me be much more present and enjoy my matches - while they are happening versus wondering about future things.

And I am winning much more too - a side benefit!!! It may be because of my cute gold tennis racket necklace? Ha ha!
