Physical health is VERY important for tennis. Hydration and nutrition need to be closely watched - especially in heat conditions.
Instead of sugary drinks - try watermelon juice (just blend some watermelon with ice) and instead of hug calorie bars how about a delicious Asian Pear (Scientific name: Pyrus pyrifolia)? This fruit is the baby of a russet pear and green apple and is packed with juice, Vitamin C and fiber too!
