LOVE LOVE TENNIS + ILMDP

By your membership, you agree to adhere to the Constitution, Bylaws, Policies, Code of Conduct, Rules, and regulations of the I LOVE MY DOUBLES PARTNER and LOVE LOVE TENNIS a US Corporation.

You agree that you are subject to the LOVE LOVE TENNIS etiquette policies which require wearing the ILMDP skirt and top or dress to play in, and a code of conduct that is expected for every participant.

You agree that you are subject to the LOVE LOVE TENNIS abuse and bullying prevention policies and programs. You are required to comply with these athlete abuse prevention policies and programs at all times and failure to comply will subject you to discipline, including without limitation, loss of benefits, suspension, or expulsion. No part of your membership dues is refundable under any circumstance.
All fees paid and clothing ordered are final sale and non-refundable.

By applying for membership, you agree to i) provide true, accurate, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form; and (ii) maintain and promptly update your data to ensure that it is true, accurate, current, and complete.
You agree that the LOVE LOVE TENNIS is authorized to verify all data. The information we obtain whether from membership application or the use or participation in any programs or services, including, without limitation our websites and applications are subject to our Privacy Policy.
All member benefits and offers are only available to LOVE LOVE TENNIS Members in good standing. Terms of membership and benefits are subject to change at the LOVE LOVE TENNIS's sole discretion. Other restrictions may apply. LOVE LOVE TENNIS Membership is not transferable.

As a condition of participating in certain programs, such as leagues, tournaments, and other programs or events, you acknowledge and agree that certain personal information, which varies based on program or event type, but may include name, team roster, draw sheets, match results, Sectional Association affiliation, rating, ranking, or other data points may be displayed and/or published within ILMDP, LOVE LOVE TENNIS, or a third-party affiliate employs to store and display similar information. This information is publicly searchable. The publication of this information is an essential requirement of certain programs and events, such as league administration, tournament management, and results and ratings and rankings. If you do not agree to sharing and publishing the data immediately stop using the LOVE LOVE TENNIS app.
All memberships are for Women over 40 Years Old that resides in the U.S.A. only. We will be requiring a copy of your ID to verify your age, photo, and address.

All members will comply with the rules of the LOVE LOVE TENNIS league. You will be required to sign a liability release form before participating in any events.
