Welcome to This site (the “Site”) is owned by I Love My Doubles Partner Incorporated (the "ILMDP") and is operated by and on behalf of the ILMDP and its affiliated companies, including LOVE LOVE TENNIS,  Love Tennis Foundation, TennisMinx, TennisOver40, 45Tennis, TurksTennis and CHOCbite LLC (collectively, the “ILMDP Family of Companies,” “we” “us” or “our”).


Please note that this Privacy Policy, except for the portions of this Privacy Policy describing the collection of information through this Site, does not cover the privacy practices of ILMDP sections or districts, which operate independently.  ILMDP sections and districts may collect, use and share your personal information in different ways from those described in this Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge and agree the ILMDP shall have no liability associated with or arising from your failure to maintain accurate Registration Data, including, but not limited to, your failure to receive critical information about the site or any mobile service or your account. You further agree the ILMDP is authorized to verify such Registration Data through its own records as well as those of third parties. The information we obtain through your use of this site, mobile site, or any ILMDP or US Open app is subject to our Privacy Policy. Every subsequent ILMDP email mass communication will carry a simple opt-out or unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email. You acknowledge and agree that ILMDP, in management of certain sweepstakes, promotions, or programs may share your information with ILMDP sections and districts, affiliated businesses, sweepstakes partners or (collectively, “Permitted Third Parties”).
